These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jp138. By registering an account or placing any wager on the jp138 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause set out below. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use jp138. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Each member is permitted exactly one account on jp138. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses will be merged or closed at jp138's sole discretion.
jp138 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts before processing withdrawal requests. Valid government-issued Indonesian identification is required to complete verification.
jp138 is operated for members primarily resident in Indonesia. All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all associated policies unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "Funds" / "Balance" | The Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Member's jp138 account, comprising deposited funds, credited bonuses (where applicable), and settled winnings. |

Access to and use of the jp138 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:
jp138 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any Member found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned (less any applicable processing fees), subject to satisfactory KYC verification of the refund destination account.
To become a Member, you must complete jp138's online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred contact method.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on jp138. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. jp138 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from duplicate accounts, and retain any funds deposited into those accounts to cover administrative costs, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp138 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jp138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jp138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jp138 may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. jp138 reserves the right to suspend account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jp138 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions, delayed withdrawals, or communication failures arising from inaccurate or outdated member information.
jp138 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp138 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs are borne solely by the Member.
jp138 does not charge Members a fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transfer fees, for which jp138 bears no responsibility. Members are advised to check with their payment provider for applicable charges.
jp138 is committed to maintaining a platform free from money laundering and financial crime. All Members' financial activity is monitored in accordance with applicable international AML standards. jp138 reserves the right to freeze account funds, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by its international gaming license conditions.
All bonuses and promotional offers published on the jp138 platform are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any additional promotion-specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only and must be completed within the promotional validity period.
jp138 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, collusion between Members to share bonus value, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Where bonus abuse is identified, jp138 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the Member's account without prior notice.
jp138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. jp138 will endeavor to notify Members of material changes via the platform or registered email address, but is under no obligation to maintain any promotional offer indefinitely.
All bets placed on jp138 are subject to acceptance by jp138 at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed when jp138's system has issued a unique bet confirmation reference number. jp138 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from Members who jp138 identifies as professional bettors or advantage players.
Bets are settled in accordance with jp138's published rules for each sport, game type, or betting market. In the event of any ambiguity in the applicable rules, jp138's interpretation shall be final and binding. Settlement decisions made in good faith by jp138 will not be reversed once communicated to the Member, except where a manifest error has occurred.
jp138 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that result from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds pricing, incorrect match or event details, or system errors that result in clearly erroneous bet acceptance. jp138 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members promptly and will return staked amounts where a void is declared.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network connectivity and the availability of real-time data feeds. jp138 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the Member's side. Bets accepted during a delayed data feed are placed at the Member's own risk; jp138 reserves the right to void such bets if the delay materially affected the odds offered.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jp138 platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
All content on the jp138 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and user interface design — is the property of jp138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jp138 platform for personal recreational betting purposes only. This license does not permit Members to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without jp138's express prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp138 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to:
jp138's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jp138 aims to maintain 98.7% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. jp138 is not liable for any loss arising from the Member's inability to access the platform during a scheduled or emergency maintenance period.
jp138 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions. By registering on jp138, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All Member data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and encrypted at rest on jp138's secure servers. jp138 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required by its international gaming license conditions, applicable law, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
jp138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time and without prior notice where jp138 reasonably believes that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) account activity poses a risk of financial crime or regulatory non-compliance; (c) the Member has engaged in any prohibited conduct described in Section 8; or (d) closing the account is necessary to protect the integrity of the jp138 platform.
Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting jp138 support. Prior to processing an account closure, jp138 will settle all pending bets and process any eligible withdrawal of remaining cash balance (excluding non-qualifying Bonus Funds) to the Member's verified payment method.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, the Member's license to use the jp138 platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect following account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp138 holds its international gaming license. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Nothing in this clause limits jp138's ability to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where jp138 has assets or interests that require protection.
jp138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jp138 will notify registered Members via the platform or by email to the address registered on the Member's account. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the jp138 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
